The event takes place in downtown Nashville on August 29th

Big Machine Label Group will toast to two decades of chart-topping hits and genre-defining talent with a multi-artist concert in downtown Nashville on August 29th. Billed as Big Machine 20, the evening serves as the official kick-off party for the newly rebranded Borchetta Bourbon Music City Grand Prix NTT IndyCar Series Championship weekend.

Artists from the label group’s roster will take the stage on lower Broadway including Riley Green, Sheryl Crow, and Brett Young, joined by stars from throughout BMLG’s 20-year history, including The Band Perry, RaeLynn, Danielle Peck, Danielle Bradbery, Jack Ingram, and Jimmy Wayne, as well as current-day up-and-coming stars such as Preston Cooper.

Big Machine 20 will also include the fifth annual Freedom Friday event, honoring members of the Military, Police, Fire, First Responders and Frontline Heroes. Last year’s Freedom Friday concert saw more than 118,000 attendees pack into the heart of Nashville for live music, exclusive sponsor activations, and pre-race excitement ahead of the NTT IndyCar Series event.

“This year’s event has even more meaning as we celebrate 20 years of Big Machine,” shares BMLG Founder, Chairman and CEO Scott Borchetta, who launched the label on September 1, 2005. “Nobody could’ve predicted our incredible success in a city we love so much. This is our thank you to Nashville and all the fans of our amazing artists and their music. This is going to be a once-in-a-lifetime event and one we’ll never forget!”

Led by Founder, Chairman, and CEO Scott Borchetta, Big Machine Label Group encompasses Big Machine Records, The Valory Music Co., Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment, and publishing company Big Machine Music. The BMLG artist roster includes Tim McGraw, Sheryl Crow, Thomas Rhett, Mötley Crüe, Rascal Flatts, Lady A, Riley Green, Carly Pearce, Justin Moore, Brett Young, Brantley Gilbert, Midland, RaeLynn, Jackson Dean, and Aaron Lewis; plus rising talents Braedon Barnhill, Caroline Jones, Chase McDaniel, Cole Goodwin, Conner Smith, Greylan James, Lecade, Mackenzie Carpenter, Mae Estes, Noah Hicks, Preston Cooper, Ryan Hurd, Shaylen, Something Out West, The Cadillac Three and The Jack Wharff Band. The Big Machine Label Group is the first-ever American label to align with terrestrial radio broadcasters to achieve performance royalty rights for its artists, and is an industry leader in fighting for artist, songwriter, publisher and record company rights.
