The group will celebrate its tenth anniversary this fall
Global K-pop superstars Twice are serving up something sweet, surprising fans with a traveling gelato truck that will make its way throughout Los Angeles in celebration of the group’s new album, This is For.
This special one-day activation will see a limited 750 peach-flavored gelatos distributed to lucky fans who make their way to the truck. The peach flavor is inspired by the new album’s sixth track, “Peach Gelato.” Each gelato will come with an exclusive postcard featuring a QR code linking to Twice's digital album and additional physical album purchase options. The activation will run on Saturday, July 12th, from 11 am until 7 pm PST, with real-time location updates shared via the group's official social media channels. Fans are encouraged to arrive early as quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Twice's fourth full-length album is out now via JYP Entertainment/Republic Records. The project features 14 tracks that celebrate the group’s tenth anniversary in October. The album serves as a love letter to their global fanbase, Once, blending the signature Twice sound with fresh sonic textures. From R&B-infused melodies to high-energy pop anthems, the album reaffirms the group’s legacy while spotlighting their continued evolution. The track “Peach Gelato,” honored in this special activation, is one of the standout songs on the record. This comes on the heels of the recent announcement that Twice will be headlining Lollapalooza this August, making them the first K-pop girl group to headline the festival.
